How Robots are Taking Over Real Estate

THE ROBOTS ARE COMING!!!

And they want to help you sell your house! As Real Estate agents, one of the best ways we can help our clients is to stay up to date on the latest technology trends and find ways to use them to help people buy or sell Real Estate. Here are just a few ways we do that.

  1. Social Media: We have worked very hard to increase our social media presence over the last several months. From videos on Real Estate tips to our favorite local restaurants and home-made recipes, we do our best to engage with those around us both personally and professionally! Since January 1st, 2020, we’ve had a reach of nearly 8,000 on our Hildebrandt Home Team Facebook page alone! In addition to simply letting us interact with the people around us, it also allows us to get word out about the home you’ve listed with us to people who may be interested in purchasing it.
  2. Adwerx: Coldwell Banker Select began an exclusive partnership with Adwerx more than a year ago to help get the word out about homes on the market. When we take a new listing, Adwerx places ads on social media, mobile apps and websites that show that your home is on the market. The ads will touch 10,000 people within 10 miles of your home in the first week on the market, AT NO COST TO YOU!!! A similar plan is enacted for each Open House, that will reach 3,000 people in your area in the three days leading up to the Open House, again at NO cost to you. It’s just one way that the Hildebrandt Home Team and Coldwell Banker Select stay at the forefront of technology in the industry.
  3. Auto-search/e-mail: The MLS system allows us to set up an auto search for our buyers. With the shortage of listings on the market right now, it is imperative that buyers stay on top of the selection of homes that are available. Using specific parameters, we can set up a search that will notify you as soon as a home goes on the market or has a price drop that matches the qualities that you’re looking for.
  4. Virtual/Photo Tours: It’s MUCH easier to go online today and find pictures of available homes, and with that access, more visual options are becoming available. Virtual tours and even drone footage of your home are now options when selling your home, and we’d be happy to talk to you about those possibilities!
